Your rights

Concrete Mold Company USA is a trading division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Nothing on this page excludes a consumer right, warranty, refund or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Product use and safety

Use the mold and tools for their intended purpose, follow the concrete supplier’s instructions and use appropriate protective equipment. Project guides provide general information; conditions, concrete mixes and site preparation vary. Our products are not safety equipment or a guarantee against injury or loss.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not remove responsibility where the law provides otherwise, including any liability that cannot be excluded for negligence, fraud or willful misconduct.

If you are dissatisfied with a product, contact the team and read our returns policy. Stopping use of a product does not replace any remedy available to you. Shipment delays and cancellations are handled under our shipping policy and applicable law.

Third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website or intentional misuse of a product. This does not require you to cover losses caused by our own actions where the law makes us responsible.

We aim to keep product and website information accurate. General guidance cannot cover every project and may be updated. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or unlawful acts outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
