Who we are
Concrete Mold Company USA operates at concretemold.shop as a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Contact theteam@concretemold.shop about personal information or this policy.
Orders and customer support
When you order or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, purchased items and messages. We use them to process payment, arrange fulfilment and delivery, answer enquiries, handle returns and maintain business records.
Card and PayPal payment details are processed by the payment provider. We receive payment references and status so we can confirm and fulfil an order. Do not put card numbers or passwords in contact forms or chat.
Reviews, comments and media
Approved customer reviews may display the name, rating and review text supplied by the reviewer. Previously submitted reviews and related records may remain in our business records. Contact us to request access or correction. If you send photographs, remove location information and other private metadata before sharing them. Tell us whether the images may be published.
Contact forms and chat
Our contact and feedback forms process the information you enter to route your enquiry to the team. Our AI chat is provided through a separate service and processes the messages you send. Share only information needed for your question; use the support email for a sensitive order issue.
Cookies and browser storage
The shop uses browser storage to remember cart items, delivery choices, discount codes and cookie preferences. Pending checkout details may remain on your device until the order is confirmed or you clear the browser’s site data. The current shop offers guest checkout.
With your consent, Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Read our cookie policy for more information.
Embedded content and third-party services
Videos, chat, forms and other embedded services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when they load or when you interact with them. Third-party services apply their own privacy terms. A signed-in account with those services may affect how they associate your activity.
Who receives information
We share information needed to operate the store with payment processors, hosting and order-storage providers, email and support services, fulfilment providers and delivery carriers. Service providers and our business operations may process information outside the United States, including in Thailand. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate fraud or protect legal rights.
Retention and security
We retain order and support records as needed for fulfilment, returns, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Historical account or comment records from an earlier version of the website may be retained for these purposes. We use access controls and secure services to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity. Some information must be retained for legal, administrative or security reasons. Additional privacy rights may apply where you live; we will handle requests according to applicable law.
